Calm Kids Club is a supportive group experience designed to help children develop emotional awareness, resilience and healthy ways of managing big feelings.
Through movement, play, discussion, creative activities and guided regulation experiences, children learn practical tools that support emotional wellbeing while building confidence and connection with others.
Each session provides a safe and welcoming environment where children can explore emotions, strengthen self-awareness and develop skills that can be used at home, at school and in every day life.
The focus is not on being perfect.
The focus is helping children feel understood, supported and equipped with tools that help them navigate life’s challenges.
